This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Race Registration Online, LLC dba Stride Events and its partner Mountain Archery Festival (“Stride Events”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses your Personal Information (as defined below) through your use of the website http://strideevents.com/ (the “Site”). Please note that for the purpose of EU data protection laws, Stride Events is a “data controller” (the entity responsible for, and which controls the processing of, your Personal Information collected through the Site).

Personal Information you provide when registering for an event is shared with the event’s Event Organizer. We do not control, and we are not responsible for, how Event Organizers use your Personal Information. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of the Event Organizer when registering for an event to understand how your Personal Information may be used by such Event Organizer.

Electronic newsletters

If you decide to opt-in to our mailing list, you will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or you may contact us using the contact information below.

Retention of Personal Information

We retain your Personal Information for as long as you remain a customer and thereafter only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or allowed by law, including to fulfill a legal obligation.

Stride Events and its partner Mountain Archery Festival facilitates registration for various events, some of which allow participants under the age of 13. We require a date of birth for all registration entries. We require parental or guardian consent for children under the age of 13 to register on our Site. If we learn that we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under the age of 13 without verification of parental or guardian consent, we will delete that information.

Site visitors from outside the United States

Stride Events is located, and this Site is hosted, in the United States. If you are using the Site from outside the United States, please be aware that any Personal Information you share with us will be stored and processed in the United States where we locate and operate our servers and databases. By voluntarily sharing your Personal Information with us, you understand that your Personal Information will be stored and processed in the United States.

Your rights
